In a productive system, you are not allowed to process Customizing
filters in transaction FQ_FILTER.
However, you can use transaction FP_FILTER2 to create and edit simple
(local) filters.
You can enter simple filters, which you created locally or transported
from a Customizing system, in the agreements of a master agreement, for
example.
