There are two possible causes:

reservation system during the session.
In this case there is no error.
You generated transaction data in the rail reservation system (such as
an online ticket), but this data could not be transferred into the
travel plan or was transferred incompletely.
In this case, proceed as follows:

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Reconnect to the rail reservation system from the travel plan. Check
your data in the reservation system and then return to the travel plan.
This repeats the data transfer process. If this doesn't help, notify
your system administrator.
