This can occur in various scenarios, such as during sales order processing, pricing determination, or when trying to access pricing information.

    Cause:

    1. Missing Pricing Records: The sales price for the specified material and date may not exist in the pricing tables (e.g., condition records).
    2. Buffer Issues: The pricing information may not be loaded into the buffer, possibly due to a lack of recent access or updates.
    3. Date Mismatch: The date specified may not correspond to any valid pricing records, either because the price is not valid for that date or the record has expired.
    4. Configuration Issues: There may be issues with the configuration of pricing procedures or condition types that prevent the correct pricing from being retrieved.

    Solution:

    1. Check Condition Records:

    3. Verify Date Validity:

      • Ensure that the date you are using is within the validity period of the pricing records. Adjust the date if necessary.
    4. Check Configuration:

      • Review the pricing procedure configuration in transaction V/08 to ensure that the correct condition types and access sequences are set up properly.
