phase for the project has been completed. To complete the preparation
phase, you must manually change the project status and set the
preparations to completed.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
You can check and change the current project status in the Customizing
activity

After you have set the preparations for the project to completed, you
can try to perform the operation again.
