    Cash desk &V1& in branch &V2& is still locked by user &V3&. This cash
    desk cannot be closed and therefore, the entire closing process is
    terminated.

    Cash desk closing is terminated.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether user &V3& is still working on cash desk &V1& of
    branch &V2& or has not unlocked the cash desk by accident.
    Once you have checked all locks and there are no further locks on cash
    desks, you can run cash desk closing again.
