    The time stamp &v1& cannot be rounded suitably for the interval length
    of &v2& minutes.
    Technical restrictions mean that the next interval limit cannot be
    processed.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    <ZH>Example:</>
    31.12.9999 at 23:56: In an interval length of 15 minutes, the next
    suitable interval length would be 01.01.in the year 10000 at 0:00
    (previous interval limit would be 31.12.9999 at 23:45). You cannot use
    the year 10000 due to technical limitations.

    System Response

    Since this involves an overrun, the system terminates the current
    process.
