Message text: Error occured when creating link to HR System
It was not possible to create a link to a logical system &V1& with
destination &V2& to confirm the document data for invoiced document
&V3& &V4& to HR (third party remittance).
As the HR system could not be reached, confirmation of the invoices as
"paid" was not possible.
The confirmation must be carried out manually in HR. The report which
contains the document data which could not be confirmed must be passed
on to the HR clerk for payments to third parties. This clerk must then
start the confirmation run manually in HR.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
