    What causes this issue?

    You have specified a Smart Form in an application form of the type
    <LS>Smart Form</> that represents an internal reference to a PDF-based
    form, that is, the Smart Form itself no longer has any relevant content
    or properties. This is not supported by the Print Workbench, since it
    can lead to internal inconsistencies.

    The application form is incorrect.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to print with <LS>Smart Forms</> and the reference is
    unintentional, remove the reference using the tools in the transaction
    <LS>SMARTFORMS</>. If you want to work with PDF-based forms, use an
    application form of the type <LS>PDF-based</> and enter the relevant
    PDF-based form in the properties.
