- Check the settings of the Shared Memory (e.g. is enough memory
reserved for it?).
- Check for applicable SAP-notes on the Shared Memory (application
component BC-DWB-TOO).
- Check for applicable SAP-notes by Enterprise Search on the runtime
load (application component BC-EIM-ESH, search with "rubu").
- If none of the above helps and the situation persists, create a ticket
on application component BC-EIM-ESH.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
