Message text: The runtime load is not available
The runtime load for Enterprise Search has not yet been built. Either,
Enterprise Search was never used in any way in this system, or the
runtime load just got supplanted (and there was not yet a
rebuild-trigger).
Search is not operational.
Any action in search, being it administrative or an actual search, will
trigger building the runtime load. This can take some minutes;
afterwards, search is possible on the existing connectors.
For instance, you can call the search UI.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
