    The runtime load for Enterprise Search has not yet been built. Either,
    Enterprise Search was never used in any way in this system, or the
    runtime load just got supplanted (and there was not yet a
    rebuild-trigger).

    System Response

    Search is not operational.
    Any action in search, being it administrative or an actual search, will
    trigger building the runtime load. This can take some minutes;
    afterwards, search is possible on the existing connectors.

    How to fix this error?

    For instance, you can call the search UI.
