What causes this issue?

This replacement value procedure copies replacement values from
reference profiles. For each value in the repalcement period there must
also be a value in one of the reference profiles.
However, the profiles determined do not cover the replacement period.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The reference profiles are determined according to Customizing settings
for the replacement value procedure:
If replacement values are to be copied from a profile, determine
whether profile &v3& has a value for each interval in the replacement
period.
If replacement values are to be copied from a reference profile role,
determine whether allocations are complete for profile &v2& in role
&v4& for the entire replacement period.
