This could be due to the following reasons:
The <DS:DE.TARIFART>rate type</> has not been maintained
The rate type and <DS:DE.TARIFTYP>rate category</> do not result in a
<DS:DE.TARIFNR>rate</>.
Since the <DS:DE.PRUEFKL>validation class</> is defined in the rate,
the independent plausibility validations could not be performed. The
meter reading status is set to "billable".

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
