What causes this issue?

You have specified specification &V1&, but you have not set the
<LS>Composition</> indicator. This is not allowed, because
specifications are only relevant to value assignment types of the
category 'composition'.
By setting the <LS>Composition</> indicator and specifying a
specification, you define that the specification is to be copied to the
inspection plan as the ingredient of the specified value assignment type
of category 'C' (composition (with class)).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Set the <LS>Composition</> indicator or delete specification &V1& if you
want to copy characteristics to the inspection plan and not an
ingredient.
