IMDS or another company created external specifications. You cannot
change the specification within the IMDS system or with the upload
function module.
Whether a specification is internal or external is determined by the
organization ID and specification type. The organization ID is assigned
to the the specification. In address management, the ID can be defined
as belonging to the customer's own organisation. All IDs that are not
defined with <LS>Own Organization I</> are treated as IDs for an
external organization.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
