Message text: Change unit for specification &1 in composition of &2 to gram or percent
Bulks and basic materials can be nested. If a product contains a basic
material or a bulk in the composition, the unit must be grams on the
first level and a percentage on the lower levels. If a bulk contains a
basic material, you must use a percentage.
You can also use other corresponding units, for example, you can use
other mass units such as kilograms or milligrams, or other mass
proportions such as parts per million (ppm).
The system cannot perform the calculation for the nested basic materials
or bulks of affected products correctly.
Check the product structure for nested basic materials and bulks.
Since the product structure must be consistent to perform the subsequent
checks and processes, you must correct the unit of the basic material
or bulk in the composition.

Solution:
To resolve this error, you can take the following steps:
Check the Specification: Review the specification identified by &1 and ensure that the units of measure for its components are set to either grams or percent.
Modify the Composition:
- Navigate to the relevant specification in the SAP system.
- Go to the composition section and check the units of measure for each component.
- Change any incorrect units to grams or percent as required.
Validate Data Entry: Ensure that all data entries conform to the expected formats and units. This may involve training users on the correct procedures for entering specifications.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or guidelines related to specification management to understand the requirements for units of measure.
