the supplied parameters, for example, a supplied document info record
references a material other than the supplied compliance data object.
No request is created.
Check the function parameters. If they are consistent or only one
parameter is supplied, check the affected materials, compliance data
objects, and document info records.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
