business partner associated with the device and therefore no one to
notify.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Associate the disconnection reference object to a business partner. This
can be done in several places (for example, during contract creation or
during the move-in process).
If there is no business partner to which you can associate the
disconnection object, you must clear the <ZK>Notification Required
</>flag.
