  • What causes this issue?

    You can only remotely disconnect AMI devices that have been selected for
    remote disconnection. You do this by setting a flag located in the
    <ZK>Disconnection Order </>screen, in the <ZK>Object to be disconnected
    </>pane, in the <ZK>Remote Disconnection </>column.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

    The system does not remotely disconnect devices that are not flagged for
    remote disconnection.

    How to fix this error?

    Select an AMI device that has been selected for remote disconnection
    Change the flag status of the current device such that it is selected
    for remote disconnection

    If there is no check-box present in the <ZK>Remote Disconnection </>
    column, you cannot remotely control the corresponding device. In this
    case you can only disconnect it manually
