What causes this issue?

The characteristics for the configuration are generated from the fields
of a set type. The name of the characteristic has the format
<Set type name>-<Field name>.
Since the name of the characteristic can be no longer than 30
characters, the length of the set type name and the field name must be
no longer than 27 characters (3 characters are reserved). This length
is exceeded in field &3 of set type &2.

Choose a shorter name for the set type or the field.
