What causes this issue?

You are trying to use the virus scan profile for the email generation in
the CHANGE_EMAIL_TO_CUSTOMER method from the
<DS:SIMG.EDOC_PARTNER_CONNECTOR>EDOC_PARTNER_CONNECTOR</> BAdI.
However, the virus scan profile is not supported for the SAP BASIS
release/ Support Package level implemented in your system.
