Message type: E = Error
Message class: ECATT - eCATT Messages (Middleware and GUI)
Message number: 349
Message text: Start activity may have been canceled in run & of &
When the system prepared the log, the transaction that was started in
eCATT was probably terminated.
It is impossible to tell from the eCATT log whether a transaction has
been terminated, since in this case the complete eCATT run is
terminated. Therefore the log cannot be completed and finalized. It is
always possible that a transaction is still active.
The only indication of a terminated transaction is time-related. The
system assumes that a transaction has terminated if more than 20
minutes have passed since the start of the transaction. If less than 20
minutes have passed, the message ECATT 348 appears in the log: "The
test case has been active for & minutes".
You can repeat the log preparation by selecting "Back" (F3) and
renewing the selection. If there is a long-running transaction, it
might have made some progress that will be visible in the log. This
becomes less realistic after a certain runtime, and you should look for
the cause of termination in the system log.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
