eCATT had not been terminated.
After starting eCATT you can display the log simultaneously in a
different session, even if a transaction is still active.
This message appears only when the time between the start of the
transaction and the log preparation is less than 20 minutes. After 20
minutes the system assumes that the transaction was terminated and
shows the corresponding message.
You can repeat the log preparation by selecting "Back" (F3) and
renewing the selection. In this case the system updates the transaction
time or eCATT functions complete the log.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
