  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

Program &V1& is created in master language &V2& in accordance with
TADIR. For the user interface, a different language &V3& is defined.

    System Response

This kind of situation is supported by the Menu Painter only in the case
    of customer modifications.
In the development or correction system, this constellation can only
have arisen through cross-transports of the user interface after a
language switch or perhaps through an incomplete language switch itself
(for example, changing the language directly in TADIR).
Deviation from the master language and the user interface language can
    cause various problems:
User interface texts in the master language of the program can be
    deleted during interface processing.
Texts created in the user interface will not be transported because the
master language of the program is relevant for transports.
The ergonomy checks will issue incomprehensible errors.

    How to fix this error?

Proceed as described in Note 1235997.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
