  • What causes this issue?

    Due to your system settings, the batch record you have selected must
    have been archived before you can approve it (see Customizing for
    <LS>Batch Records</>, activity <DS:SIMG.PPPI_PD_254>Define
    Material-Specific Overall Profile </>). However, the batch record has
    not yet been archived.

    System Response

    The system does not carry out the <LS>Approve</> function for the batch
    record.
    When you create a worklist for approving batch records, the batch
    record is not included in the worklist.

    How to fix this error?

    First archive the batch record.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
