  • What causes this issue?

    When editing a batch record, you can only execute certain functions
    (for example, archiving batch records or displaying the print preview)
    if you have maintained an output device in your user profile. This
    setting is missing in your user master record and you cannot edit batch
    records.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    RESET N1
    Choose <LS>Maintain User Profile</>.
    <DS:TRAN.SU3>Maintain User Profile</>
    Go to the <LS>Defaults</> tab page and enter an output device.
    If you are not authorized to maintain your user profile, contact your
    system administrator.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    RESET N1
    Call up user master record &V1&.
    <DS:TRAN.SU01>Maintain User Master Record</>
    Enter an output device on the <LS>Defaults</> tab page.
