You cannot change the primary installation, since at least one billing
order exists for the current installation in which a billing document (
&V1&) has already been entered for the previous primary installation (
&V2&).

The change cannot be saved.

How to fix this error?

Before changing the primary installation, you must first remove the
connection between this installation and the billing order. You do this
by reversing document &V1&.
