    Cause of error NO_REPORTS:
    No report could be determined for shipping.
    Check whether the report you want to ship has the status Released.
    Cause of error NO_DDOID:
    No interval 01 is defined for the number range CVD_DDOID (initial
    shipping orders).
    The number range can be defined in the transaction SNRO. The number
    range object is CVD_DDOID. Create the interval 01 and specify a lower
    and upper limit for the number range interval.
