management application in which the role is to be staffed externally.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Define at least one authorization in the project definition for the
<LS>Staffing Manager</> activity or change the staffing type of the
roles affected to <LS>by Project Lead</> or <LS>by Resource Manager via
Responsible Organization</>.
