    CATS confirmation is active.
    The SAP Portfolio and Project Management system tries to check the
    corresponding CATS documents for this project element. However, the
    check is not possible because an error occurred when the SAP Portfolio
    and Project Management system connected to the CATS system.

    System Response

    The system does not allow the deletion of this project element or the
    deletion of the link to this project element.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the connection to the CATS system or the Customizing of the
    project type regarding the CATS activities.
