Message text: Status of phase &1 cannot be set for granted approval
The approval should be granted automatically in accordance with the
phase type after the last individual approval. This individual approval
is the last individual approval and so the approval is
granted accordingly. However, at least one other project participant
is currently editing the project definition or an object below phase
&V1&. Therefore, the phase cannot be edited exclusively.
The status of the phase cannot be set. If, the next time you open the
project, you do so in change mode, and you want to edit the phase, the
system updates the status of the phase automatically when you save.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
