    The approval should be granted automatically in accordance with the
    phase type after the last individual approval. However, at least one
    other decision maker is currently processing his or her individual
    approval for the approval, or the phase for the approval is currently
    being edited. Therefore, the approval cannot be granted.
    If all individual approvals try to access the approval at the same time,
    it may not be possible to grant the approval.

    If, when you open the project the next time, you do so in change mode,
    and you want to edit the phase, the system automatically updates the
    status of the approval when you save.
