The mail could not be sent, because:
- No text of text segment type 'Reply' exists for the notification
- No creator exists for the notification
- There is no mail address maintained for the creator

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

- Define the text as reply text
- Ensure that the person who reported the notification is entered as
the notification creator
- Ensure that a mail address is maintained for the person who reported
the notification in the user master record
