    Node &V1& references node &V3& by means of reference ID &V2&. In the
    hierarchical tree levels, node &V1& is located under &V3&. This
    reference is not permitted, since node &V3& is either an aggregation
    node or it references an aggregation node.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to reference an aggregation node, make sure that both the
    node you are referencing <zh>from</> and <zh>to</> are located on the
    same tree level.
