    for two value assignment instances.
    Only one value assignment instance can be filled, and the system cannot
    make a decision in the case of identical priorities.

    How to fix this error?

    Change the priorities of one of the two value assignment types by, for
    example, changing the validity area or the prioritization of the
    rating.
