    What causes this issue?

    Both the containers and the tablspace they are assigned to have
    statuses ("OK" or "Not OK" are the only values reported).

    System Response

    If a container is no longer available, the tablespace is also no longer
    available and no longer has the status NORMAL).

    How to fix this error?

    If a container is not available, use DB2 tools to determine the cause
    of the error (DB2 DIAG log) and fix the error, such as by running a
    recovery or important a backup copy, possibly using REDIRECTED RESTORE.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
