  • What causes this issue?

    When creating a report on your system you have specified a validity date
    being different from the generation date.

    System Response

    The report is created with the substance data valid at the validity date
    &V1&.
    This may cause the following effects:
    Validity date in the past: On the report with the highest version the
    newest substance data is not considered.
    Validity date in the future: On the report only substance data is
    considered which was maintained until the generation date.

    How to fix this error?

    If no reports having a validity date in the past should be created you
    have to set in your system the environment parameter
    REPORT_CREATE_IN_PAST_ALLOWED to an empty value.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
