    You are trying to allocate a capacity requirement directly to an
    individual capacity. With this capacity requirement you are not dealing
    with a split; however, the requirement has already been split.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    You can only allocate a capacity requirement directly to an individual
    capacity or person if it has not yet been split.

    System Response

    The allocation is terminated.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to split or allocate a capacity requirement you can do this
    on the dialog box "Split/allocate".
