CV548
- Task list &2 &1 (type &3) is still used ?The SAP error message CV548 indicates that a task list (which can be a routing, recipe, or similar) is still being used in the system, and therefore cannot be deleted or modified. This error typically arises when you attempt to delete or change a task list that is linked to other objects, such as production orders, maintenance orders, or other processes.
Cause:
- Active Usage: The task list is currently being referenced by one or more production orders, maintenance orders, or other related objects.
- Dependencies: There may be dependencies or links to other components in the system that prevent the task list from being modified or deleted.
- Status: The task list may be in a status that does not allow for deletion or modification.
Solution:
Check Dependencies: Use transaction codes like
CO03
(Display Production Order) orIW33
(Display Maintenance Order) to check if the task list is being used in any active orders. If it is, you will need to either complete or delete those orders before you can modify or delete the task list.Change Status: If the task list is in a status that prevents changes, you may need to change its status to allow for modifications. This can often be done through the task list maintenance transaction (e.g.,
CA01
for routings).Delete References: If the task list is referenced in other objects, you may need to remove those references first. This could involve changing the production orders or other linked objects to use a different task list.
Consult Documentation: Review SAP documentation or help files for specific instructions related to the type of task list you are dealing with (e.g., routing, recipe).
Use Transaction Codes: Utilize relevant transaction codes to analyze the task list and its usage:
