    This class type does not support variant configuration for
    <DS:GLOS.general_maintenance_task_list>general maintenance task
    lists</>.
    In Customizing for the classification system, you define whether each
    class type can be used in variant configuration. The <ZH>Variant class
    type</> indicator was not set for this class type.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    In the standard system, you can use class type 300 for configuring
    general maintenance task lists.
    To display the class types for an object type, choose <LS>Settings ->
    Class types</> from the classification menu.
    The dialog box for selecting a class type also contains these details.
