ID, the format for the External Person ID could not be defined. This is
due to the fact that you created the External Person ID yourself using
BAdI <AB>HR_CE_PERSONID_EXT</>.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Implement <AB>BADI_CTE_HCM_PY_DOC_CHANGES</> to determine the Personal
Number (PERNR).
