SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: CSM - Messages for CCMS Central System Management

  • Message number: 019

  • Message text: Internal error when reading repository data

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system was unable to read data from the CCMS System Repository.
Possible causes: The Repository is empty (not yet filled), or there are
    severe inconsistencies in Repository data.

    System Response

Repository data cannot be displayed or used. The function you executed
    is terminated.

    How to fix this error?

Repository empty: Use transaction SE16 to check table CSMBK or
CSMBK_OBJ. If no entries are found, the Repository is empty. The
Repository is filled automatically using a program in the CCMS
monitoring architecture executed when the central server is started.
Check whether background jobs from the monitoring architecture are
being executed (transaction SM37, Job name '<LB>*BATCH_DP*. In the
monitoring architecture self-monitoring (monitor set <LS>SAP CCMS
Technical Expert Monitors</>), check the CSM log attributes. If there
are Repository errors, they will be indicated in these MTEs. You can
also manually fill the Repository using transaction RZ21 Technical
infrastructure -> System Repository -> Update (locally).
Data inconsistencies: Empty tables CSMBK_OBJ and CSMBK and then refill
the Repository. Caution: CCMS agents have to be re-registered. If you
have assigned the Repository subordinate to another Repository or the
Repository is the central Repository, you also have to refill and
    re-register the partner Repositories.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
