  • What causes this issue?

    The system has tried to evaluate your CRM organizational model to find
    which other business partners can be determined as "My colleagues". It
    does this by determining the employees responsible for business
    transactions, who have also been assigned to the same position as you
    in the organizational model.
    In this case, the system was unable to find any business partners that
    meet the criteria "My colleague".

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check that you have been created as a business partner in the system,
    such as an employee responsible, and that your user name has also been
    entered. To do so, call up <LS>Master Data -> Business Partner ->
    Maintain Business Partner </>from the SAP menu.
    Check that positions have been maintained in the organizational model
    and that you have been assigned to a position as an employee. To do
    this, go to <LS>Master Data -> Organizational Model -> Maintain
    Organizational Model</> from the SAP menu.
    The system will then be able to find any other business partners who
    have been assigned to the same position as you in the organizational
    model as employees. It will recognize these as "colleagues".

    If you do not have authorization to carry out the above steps, see your
    system administrator.
