SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: CRM_WEBREQ_CUST - Request Category Customizing and Associated Views

  • Message number: 014

  • Message text: You must enter a BSP application and an initial page

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You have not entered either a
    <DS:GLOS.0924429B0BAED411AB380060B03C3B0B>BSP application</> or an
initial page or both for your view.

    System Response

Therefore, you cannot use your view.

    How to fix this error?

You have two options for the layout that is defined in the view:
You enter a non-existant BSP application and an initial page and select
<ls>Generate</>. A BSP application and a confirmation page are then
generated from the initial page you entered, providing that you are in
a client where you can maintain repository objects and also have
    authorization for this.
You either enter a BSP application that you created previously with an
existing initial page, or you enter a BSP application that still has to
be created. In this case, do not use standard generation because
possibly, you want to use separate graphics with the HTML pages.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
