    The tax jurisdiction code describes the way tax is calculated for a

    Canada, Brazil and India, that also have regional and local taxes
    (sales taxes or VAT).
    You have tried to maintain a tax jurisdiction code for an address that
    does not require it or the country is not configured to allow
    jurisdiction codes to be maintained for its address.
