The Survey Tool processes and transforms internal XML files. For
transforming the XML files using XSLTs, an external component, the CAT
server, is required. The system has detected that there is no CAT
server available.

System Response

The Survey Tool is not able to display or process any surveys until a
CAT server is installed. Processing was terminated.

How to fix this error?

Ask your system administrator to install the CAT server.

Procedure for System Administrators

Follow the instructions in collective note 383587 to install the CAT
server.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
