  • What causes this issue?

To maintain the qualifications of a business partner, specific
prerequisites must be fulfilled. These are based firstly on whether the
integration between the employee in SAP HR and the business partner in
SAP CRM is active, and secondly on the role that a business partner has.
    There are two scenarios:
<ZH>Integration Between HR Employee and CRM Business Partner Is Active
    </>
In this case, you can only maintain qualifications for those business
partners for who the <ZK>Resource</> role is maintained. The
<ZK>Employee</> role may not be maintained.
<ZH>Integration Between HR Employee and CRM Business Partner Is Not
    Active</>
In this case, you can maintain qualifications for all business partners
for who the <ZK>Resource</> role, or just the <ZK>Employee </> role, or
    both roles are maintained.
<ZU>Note</>: The <ZK>Resource</> role is part of Project Resource
Planning and is only available in SAP CRM 4.0 if the <ZK>cProjects Suite
    3.0</> add-on is implemented.
    <ZH>Caution</>
If you maintain qualifications for several business partners in one
process step, none of the qualifications are saved if the
above-mentioned prerequisites for even one of the business partners are
    not fulfilled.
