unknown). If there is only one Target Group of a certain type, this
Target Group is considered to be already consolidated, so it is not
taken into account.

System Response

The system will generate a consolidated Target Group of type say A only
if there are at least 2 end-node Target Groups of type A.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
