How to fix this error?

Open the campaign element &V3& of the campaign &V2& and restart the
execution (Target Group to Channel). After successful execution, you are
able to change the target group in segmentation area again. It is not
possible to delete the target group assignment of the marketing project
if the execution was not completed correctly.
