- The user status could not be copied to all deals (to &, for example) ?The SAP error message CRM_MKTPL_DEAL014 indicates that there was an issue when trying to copy the user status from one deal to another in the SAP CRM system. This error typically arises in the context of marketing or sales deals where user statuses are used to track the progress or state of a deal.
Cause:
Inconsistent User Status Configuration: The user status you are trying to copy may not be defined consistently across all deals. If the target deal does not have the same status profile or if the status is not valid for that deal, the copy operation will fail.
Authorization Issues: The user may not have the necessary authorizations to change the status of the target deal.

System Configuration: There may be configuration issues in the status management settings in the SAP system.
Solution:
Check User Status Profiles: Ensure that the user status profiles are consistent across the deals. You can do this by checking the configuration in the status management settings (transaction code: CRMD_ORDER).
Review Authorizations: Verify that the user has the necessary authorizations to change the status of the target deal. This can be checked in the user roles and authorizations.
Validate Data: Ensure that both the source and target deals have complete and valid data. Check for any missing fields or inconsistencies.
Configuration Review: If the issue persists, review the configuration settings for user statuses in the SAP system. This may involve checking the status profile settings and ensuring that all necessary statuses are defined.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for more detailed information on user status management and error handling.
