  • What causes this issue?

    The rebate condition rate was changed.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The condition records cannot be regenerated with this new rate, since
    the rebate agreement has already been released for settlement in SAP ERP
    or has even been settled.

    System Response

    The system does not allow to regenerate the condition with the changed
    condition rate.

    How to fix this error?

    Revert the condition rate to the value originally used in the rebate
    agreement.
    After the condition rate is reset, saving of the trade promotion is
    possible.
